Track Workout.

Again, Namban regular track workout on Wednesday night. After doing warming up jog with Gareth, Steve, Stuart and Satohi in Yoyogi park, I headed for the track. Today, we did the latter part of "Ladder", 1600, 1200, 1000, 800, 600 and 400. I was going to take it easy first, but when you have someone competing around you, it's really hard to curb yourself. I had both fast ones and slow ones today, just because of lack of training purpose, or maybe lack of determination.
