サボりすぎ?

昨日、ここ4週間の週間走行マイレージをチェックしてみた。70km行ってない!先週なんて57km。忙しいとはいえ、サボりすぎだ。大阪を前に、こりゃさすがにまずいだろ。ということで、今週、来週は距離を意識して走り込むことにした。もう年末だし、仕事、じたばたしたって始まらないし、ランニング優先でがんばるつもりだ。目標週90km以上、できれば100kmだー!今頃目覚めても遅いかもしれないが…。

今朝は御所へ。ペースを意識しつつ3周。最後の1周ぐらい15分切りたかったが、いまいち根気が持たず、なんだかなーのタイムで終了。うーむ…。

Short of mileage?

Yesterday, I checked weekly mileage for these 4 weeks and found out that I haven't reached 70km per week even once, last week was the worst, only 57km...I have been busy at work, but this is not the mileage of a person who is going to run Osaka in 5 week time.

So I decided to focus specifically on mileage for next 2 weeks. Will try at least 90km per week, preferably 100km.

Today, I ran 3 laps around Akasaka Palace, starting from race pace then to some tempo pace. Should I have done one more lap?
