Wednesday, long interval, 2000m + 1000m.

Wednesday evening, Namban Rengo's regular track session. We did long interval instead of the Namban Mile. For those who are training for a marathon, this is more preferable workout.

As I was well warmed up with 4km jog beforehand, I could run first 2000m well, a bit too well. From 2nd to the last, I try to keep up with someone near me, mostly Keren, and could hang on the pace I was targeting. It was fun. I really like this short and efficient track workout.
