今度こそ、練習再開。

東京国際からまるまる2週間、仕事の多忙さもあってサボりにサボっていたが、本日より心を入れ替えて練習再開だ。朝、御所へ。1周15分半前後のペースで3周(10km)を走って帰ってきた。久々にしては、調子は悪くないぞー。

Starting all over again.

It's been whole 2 weeks since Tokyo Women's Marathon and I have been so lazy about running, due to crazy work situation and a bit of burn-out feeling.

But from today, I am starting over towards Osaka. In the late morning, I did 3 laps of Akasaka Palace with pretty good pace, around 15m30s for a lap and felt good about it. Not bad at all.

Good stuff Mika. I am also feeling lazy and unmotivated about running. I thought about running this morning, but ho hum, I couldn't get out of bed. Too cold. brrr... ha ha...it's good for our bodies to have a nice rest after a marathon.
