5000mTT。さすがにPBは無理。
月曜、火曜とさぼり、南蛮連合のトラック練習日、水曜日を迎えてしまった。月末の水曜日は5000mのタイムトライアル(TT)。もしかすると、またまた20分切れちゃうかも?などとよこしまな考えを胸に、スタート。だが、世の中そんなに甘くはなかった。2kを過ぎたあたりで既にいっぱいいっぱい。3k地点でもうすっかりあきらめモード。それでも少しはがんばって、20分36秒でフィニッシュ。次回また出直します、ハイ。
寒くなってきたからか、それとも息が苦しくて酸素が脳にまわらなかったのか、中盤あたりからめまいというか、クラクラする感じになってしまった。ちょっとでも気を抜くと、よろけそうな、倒れそうな、貧血みたいな感じ。マラソンのレース中、25kmすぎたあたりでも、めまいのような感じがあった。うーん、これって…。今“貧血”って自分で書いてドキッとしたけど…真夏じゃないし、汗もかいてないし、まさかねー。
どなたか、経験ある方いますか?走ってて、クラッとする感じ。情報求む~。
5000m TT. No PB (of course!)
I had no running Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday is the day of Namban track workouot, 5000m time trial. I was secretly expecting another sub 20 minutes run stupidly, but after having done 2km, I realised that it was way too ambitious. At the point of 3km, I gave up trying hard, then finished at 20m36s. Well, next time.
BTW, during the run, I felt dizzy, if I lost concentration, I might have cllapsed. I am a bit anxious about it now since I had the same feeling during the marathon race between 25k to 35k. It didn't slow me down, but wasn't comfortable either. Is this a sort of anemia? (I hope not..)

Mika, great to see your bilingual post. I guess that is extra work, but very considerate for us poor Japanese illiterates. I also blogged about us running that time trial together -- well we were together until you ran out of beans anyway.
I think you had better be a bit careful about the dizziness. Perhaps get a blood test to check your iron levels. It would be better to make sure rather than just start taking iron tablets on speculation. If it is low iron, then you will know what to do. But if your iron levels are fine, then you (or the doctor) will need to think about other possible causes and keep a close watch on what happens.
