Very solid numbers, you just might surprise yourself at Suzu. Your swiming is coming on nicely. Did you get the aero-bars sorted out yet? They needed to be tightened and parallel to the road. I can look at them tonight if needed.

Thanks, Keren. Now I enjoy swimming most. Private lesson by Shiraishi-san is really working well on me as he focuses on efficient way of swimming. And thanks so much for the DH bar. As you guessed, I haven't adjusted it yet. I will bring the bike to the track tonight. Yoroshiku onegai shimasu!
