Bye-bye, anaemia.

Last week, I had a blood test and got the result to show that my low red blood cell problem is over.

Red blood cell 337 →391(376-516)
Hamoglobin 10.7→12.6 (11.2-15.2)
Hematcrit 32.6→37.7 (34.3-45.2)
Serum iron 40→62(50-170)
Ferritin 17→43.4(5-157)

The criteria are a bit different from the last time though, since I applied the women's ones.

To be honest, I didn't do much for recovery, I just took iron tabs, but only time to time and didn't run much. I was expecting to get more iron tabs from the doctor but understandingly he didn't give me prescription any more. Dissapointed...

Anyway, I have no excuse not to run anymore. Let's get back to the normal training programme.

Thank you Ewen, I'm not 100% fit yet, but definitely making progress. Through this problem, I learned a lot about the importance of nutrition.
