Suzu tri results.

Total time: 7:47:15
Swim (2.5k): 1:06 (290th)
Bike (100.2k, incl. transition time): 4:12:09 (209th) / 5:19:06 (227th)
Run (23k): 2: 28:10 (141st) / 7:47:15 (187th overall out of 318 finishers / 8th out of 22 woman finishers)

Surprizingly I become the winner of my age category. (out of 4, but never mind!)

I enjoyed so much! It was great experience.

Congratulations Mika. Well, 1st out of four is better than 1st out of one. That's a huge disparity in the ratio of women to men. Seems much more than for running.

Steve, yes, there were only 26 women in nearly 400 contenders. Still top 6 people are respectably strong.

Aya, Arigato!
アイアンマンは、まだまだ先だと思った。ハーフでいっぱいいっぱいだもん。でも、7時間以上もレースしたのに、筋肉痛ゼロ。終わった後も意外と元気。これは不思議!

Very glad you didn't drown, in spite of swimming into others at right angles!

Bloody oath that's a long time to be racing. You deserve a Bex and a good lie down after that. Congratulations on the win.
