Solo pace run at Oda field.

Wednesday Namban track workout. I had no running days Monday and Tuesday, and perhaps I won't be able to run Thursday and Frinday, which means this is the last run before Osaka.

While everyone else was doing 5000m or 10000m TT, I was doing 4:25/km pace run for 3000m and 2000m. I guess I‘m still attatched to sub 3:10 marathon dream, but actually I felt much easier than the same pace run last Sunday. Maybe there is still some hope to break 3:10? Well let's see.

At the last, I did 200m sprint with Jo. How refreshing! I loved it! You can stretch your body by making big strides and swinging arms as big as you can. It's like a dynamic stretch. Jo's running form was so beautitul. I'm so imressed.

We had dinner at Zest in front of Shibuya Kokaido. Somehow I was enjoying talking about triathlon, not marathon this weekend. Escapism?
