御所ヒルトレ&ヨガ。
慢性的な寝不足がたたり、案の定、爆睡。11時半、ケレンからの電話で起きた。
ケ「今日、12時に御所だよね?今向かってるから」
私(ひえー。あと30分!)「うん、12時に交番の前ね」(やべー15分で支度せねば)
それでも奇跡的になんとか間に合わせて、12時ちょっとすぎから御所ランスタート。
1周ジョグの後、久々の御所ヒルトレ。3.3kmの周回のうち、800mの直線と2本の上り坂をダッシュし、間をジョグでつなぎながら3周10kmを走る。いつも一人でやっているのだが、少し速い人と一緒に走るとタイムが伸びるものだな。
その後は、恒例(といっても2回目だが)、マイケルのヨガ教室。今日はジェイ、ケレン、もとぞう、ボブ、ボブの奥様、そしてたろう君と、人数も集まった。しかしねー、ランナーってのはホント身体固いね。ヨガのポーズがみんな全然イケてない(笑)。一番うまかったのは多分ボブの奥様だ。筋力が必要なポーズでさえ、涼しい顔で決めていた。
Gosho hill training & yoga.
Slept too well, as a consequent of short of sleep these days. Woke up at 11:30am by the call from Keren to confirm the 12:00 starting time of today's training at Gosho. I got dressed super quickly then went out.
After 1 lap of warming up (waking up), we did Gosho hill training. It's more like fartlek than usual hill training. In a 3.34km loop of Gosho, you run fast at a 800m straight part and 2 hill parts and jog between each part. We did 3 laps of it. I could run faster than usual with Keren who is faster but not too fast than me.
Then we went to Michael's yoga lesson in Minami Azabu. Today there were more people than last week. Jay, Keren, Motozo, Bob, Bob's wife Miyoko-san and also Taro were there. It was funny to see all those stiff and awkward runners (including me) doing yoga. Understandably yoga is completely different from running, therefore we should do yoga to balance our body, perhaps. The only non-runner Miyoko-san was doing better than anyone else. Her posing is very natural and graceful.

Thanks for showing me your run, I did not realise that I had woken you up! I enjoyed it and would like to run it again. Gomen neh!
And I am not really faster than you, just have fresher legs than you do.
You are faster than me for the most of distances. I really have to work hard to beat my arch enermy!
And now Rie is my enemy too! She wants to beat me in a half marathon. I can't let girls beat me! ;-)
