夜中のジョグ。

木曜、金曜と睡眠時間3時間の日々を経て、仕事も片付いてすっきり。ということで、金曜日の午前中分のノルマを夜に敢行。軽いジョグでも乱れた生活リズムを取り戻すためには有効だ。

夜11時半に家を出て、御所を軽く2周してから帰ってきた。金曜日の西麻布は、例によって大盛況。

Midnight jog.

3 hour sleep days are over. I went out for a jog to Akasaka Palace from 11:30pm. Did easy 2 laps then came back. It was just easy run but good for getting back to the normal rhythm of life. Nishiazabu on Friday night was so crowded as usual.
